One same-sex couple gets marriage certificate transcription in Kraków; 23 cases pending

Kraków's civil registry office received 25 applications from same-sex couples seeking transcription of foreign marriage certificates. One case was resolved positively, one was withdrawn, and 23 remain pending. Following a Constitutional Tribunal ruling, registry officials have asked the regional governor for guidance on how to proceed.
