Stalexport Autostrady to pay shareholders PLN 183m special dividend after capital cut

The extraordinary general meeting of Stalexport Autostrady, operator of the A4 motorway, voted to reduce the company's share capital by cutting the nominal value of shares from PLN 0.75 to PLN 0.01. As a result, shareholders will receive a total of PLN 182.97 million, equivalent to PLN 0.74 per share, as a special payout. The decision was passed at an extraordinary general meeting.
