Russian strike on Kyiv kills 17 — Polish MP describes night under attack

Russia launched an air strike on the Kyiv region on Wednesday, killing 17 people and wounding 44. Polish MP Paweł Kowal, who was in Kyiv that night, described walls shaking and crowds huddled together seeking shelter. "Eternal shame on the aggressor — Russia," Kowal wrote after the attack.
