Russia strikes Kyiv killing over a dozen; Sikorski condemns attack as terror

Russia launched a massive missile strike on Kyiv and the Kyiv region, killing over a dozen people. Polish Foreign Ministry spokesman Maciej Wewiór stated that "the world cannot get used to this terror." Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski also publicly condemned the attack on civilian targets.
