WHO chief arrives in Congo as Ebola cases near 4,000

The head of the World Health Organization has arrived in the Democratic Republic of Congo to support efforts to contain the world's fastest-growing Ebola outbreak. The number of confirmed cases is approaching 4,000. Authorities are ramping up measures to slow the spread of the virus.
