Tusk: Nawrocki broke constitution by granting nominations without countersignature

Prime Minister Donald Tusk accused President Karol Nawrocki of breaching the constitution by granting judicial assessor nominations without the required prime ministerial countersignature. Tusk signed the first of the disputed nominations himself and announced he would sign the remaining ones immediately after his statement. He described the situation as an "assault on the Constitution."
