DHL cargo plane collides with unidentified object near Leipzig airport

A DHL cargo aircraft collided with an unidentified object near Leipzig airport overnight, according to German newspaper Bild; DHL's CEO confirmed the incident. Earlier the same night, a drone fitted with a detonator and explosives had been found on the airport tarmac beside a Ukrainian aircraft. The two incidents appear to be connected and occurred on the same night.
