Tusk marks one year of Nawrocki's presidency with bitter words and a long pause

August 6 marks one year since Karol Nawrocki was sworn in as president of Poland. Asked about the anniversary at a press conference, Prime Minister Donald Tusk first fell silent for a long moment before delivering several pointed remarks summing up the year. Tusk revealed the nature of his contact with the president and said which of Nawrocki's vetoes surprised him the most.
