Cameroon reshuffles military leadership amid mystery over president's whereabouts

Cameroonian President Paul Biya signed decrees on August 3 reshuffling senior military staff, promoting the head of the Presidential Guard to brigadier general and replacing commanders in four of the country's five joint military regions.
