Tusk: Nawrocki handed out judicial nominations without required countersignature
Prime Minister Donald Tusk accused President Karol Nawrocki of handing out judicial assessor nominations without the constitutionally required countersignature of the prime minister. Tusk signed the first of 200 nomination documents on Wednesday to allow the assessors to legally take up their duties. The dispute centres on constitutional procedure and the division of powers between the two offices.
