Taiwan slows mobile internet for 70% of population in Han Kuang defence drills

Taiwan has launched its 10-day Han Kuang military exercises designed to test the island's resilience against a potential Chinese attack. As part of the drills, mobile internet has been deliberately slowed for 70% of the population to assess digital infrastructure resilience. The exercises also focus on decentralised command and operational flexibility.
