Tusk: Duda awarded judicial assessor nominations without required PM countersignature
Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated that President Andrzej Duda awarded judicial assessor nominations without the constitutionally required prime ministerial countersignature. Tusk signed the first of 200 such documents himself, arguing he was fulfilling the constitutional obligation.
