Polish energy minister warns of worst-ever water shortage but says power supply holds

Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka warned on RMF FM that Poland is facing its worst-ever water shortage, affecting power plant cooling capacity. The drought is hitting Europe broadly, including Hungary's Paks nuclear plant. Motyka nonetheless sought to reassure Poles that the country's energy security is not under immediate threat.
