Poland signs Patriot service centre deal, aims to join missile production chain

Poland has signed an agreement to establish a Patriot missile system service centre, Deputy Defence Minister Cezary Tomczyk told Gazeta Wyborcza. Warsaw also wants to join the Patriot missile production chain, with the US State Department already giving preliminary approval. The announcements follow the late-July incident when a Russian missile fell in Tarnawa-Kolonia.
