Warsaw hospital audit: Kacprzyk took unjustified pay rises and logged 110-hour shifts

Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski presented the findings of an audit of the Szpital Południowy hospital, revealing that director Kacprzyk received pay rises without justification, held a role not provided for in the hospital's regulations, and at times approved his own financial documents. Trzaskowski said he was outraged by Kacprzyk's conduct.
