Food and FMCG sector short-staffed – specialists earn up to 40,000 PLN/month

Polish food and FMCG manufacturers are struggling to fill specialist roles, including automation engineers, maintenance technicians, technologists and quality engineers. Salaries in these positions can reach 20,000–40,000 PLN per month. The labour shortage continues to affect the sector despite attractive pay.
