Tusk: Nawrocki handed out judicial nominations without required prime ministerial countersignature
Prime Minister Donald Tusk signed the first judicial assessor nominations and simultaneously accused President Nawrocki of violating the Constitution. Tusk said Nawrocki had handed out assessor nominations without first obtaining the required prime ministerial countersignature. Tusk described Nawrocki's actions as a "political conspiracy."
