Polish Finance Ministry: VAT cut on fuel feasible this summer, other measures unlikely
Deputy Finance Minister Jarosław Neneman said that during the parliamentary recess, the only realistic element of the "Lower Fuel Prices" package would be a reduced VAT rate on fuel. He described other proposed measures as difficult to implement during that period. His comments respond to Prime Minister Donald Tusk's announcement about the possible reintroduction of fuel price controls at the end of the summer.
