Zelensky: 17 dead in Russian strike due to Western delays in supplying air defences

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that a massive Russian attack overnight Tuesday-Wednesday killed 17 people and wounded 44. He blamed the casualties on Western allies' delays or reluctance to supply anti-missile defence systems. Ukraine's air force shot down 98 of 115 drones fired but was unable to intercept any of the missiles.
