Half of Polish estate agents expect secondary property prices to stabilise

Around half of Polish property agents expect asking prices on the secondary market to stabilise over the coming months, covering flats, houses and building plots. Upward price pressure may persist for studio flats and plots with planning permission already granted. The secondary market is thus showing varied trends depending on property type.
