Siemoniak on missed air-raid sirens in Lublin region: lessons must be drawn

Security services coordinator Tomasz Siemoniak confirmed that air-raid sirens failed to sound in parts of the Lublin region despite a clear order, following a Russian missile landing on Polish territory. He said the matter is under investigation and consequences must follow. Siemoniak stressed that Poland has neglected its civil-defence systems for decades and is only now catching up.
