Newly sworn TK judge Patyra: Constitutional Tribunal rulings carry an incurable legal defect

Sławomir Patyra, sworn in by the president as a Constitutional Tribunal judge, told TVN24 that the TK's rulings carry an incurable legal defect. Despite taking the oath, he does not intend to begin adjudicating for now. He also voiced "enormous grievances" against politicians — including those currently in government — for the ongoing crisis surrounding the Tribunal.
