Polish watchdog fines Bunge Polska 4.2 mln PLN over unfair contracts with farmers

Poland's competition watchdog UOKiK has fined Bunge Polska, the maker of Olej Kujawski, more than 4.2 million PLN. The penalty was imposed for contract clauses that unlawfully restricted the rights of agricultural producers. The regulator found the template contracts used by the company violated consumer and competition protection law.
