State e-register to end Librus and Vulcan's dominance in Polish schools

For the past decade, the digitisation of Polish schools has been driven mainly by two private companies, Librus and Vulcan, which have dominated the e-register market. The government is now planning to introduce a state-run system to replace them. The move aims to free public education from dependence on commercial technology providers.
