Two Michigan residents die from cyclosporiasis amid massive US outbreak

Two people in Michigan have died after falling ill with cyclosporiasis, an intestinal illness caused by the Cyclospora parasite. They are the first reported deaths linked to a large-scale outbreak that began in the United States in May.
