The Municipal Hospital in Miastko is sinking into a severe financial and organisational crisis, progressively closing successive wards. For years the facility paid extremely high rates for medical on-call shifts, which deepened its financial troubles. Despite possible assistance, a return to full operations is considered unlikely.
