Russian strike on Kyiv region kills 14, wounds 27

Russia carried out a nighttime ballistic missile strike on the Kyiv region, killing 14 people and wounding 27, according to Ukrainian emergency services. Dozens of explosions were recorded across Kyiv. A fire broke out in a 20-storey residential building among other sites hit during the attack.
