Alcohol promotion ban and night-time prohibition — hospitality sector may benefit

The Polish government is working on amendments to the sobriety law that would introduce a total ban on alcohol advertising and promotions. The bill also includes a night-time prohibition. According to legal adviser Bartosz Stasik, the hospitality industry may unexpectedly be the biggest winner from the changes.
