One work certificate can raise your pension as soon as next month

Poland's Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) can recalculate a pension and pay a higher amount from the following month once missing documents are submitted. The most common gap involves employment certificates issued before 1999. Pensioners who never submitted all their papers may benefit significantly from requesting a recalculation.
