Rental yield in Poland falls to historic lows, worse than a year ago

Rental yields on apartments in Poland's largest cities continue to fall, approaching historic lows, according to Otodom Analytics data analysed by Bankier.pl. Results are noticeably worse than a year ago and the downward trend is persisting. Investing in rental property is becoming increasingly unprofitable.
