Kotula after Antoś case: kindergartens added to Blue Cards, full digitisation of records

Minister Katarzyna Kotula has revealed details of an amendment to Poland's domestic violence law, prompted by the high-profile case of toddler Antoś. Kindergartens will be brought into the Blue Card system and all documentation will be fully digitised. The changes aim to prevent abusers from evading oversight and to place the child at the centre of the protection system.
