Financial Ombudsman: consumer disputes should go to arbitration, not courts
Financial Ombudsman Michał Ziemiak is calling for stronger out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms instead of routing thousands of similar consumer cases through the courts. He argues that systemic problems should be addressed through administrative tools rather than fragmented litigation. Waiting for court precedents to emerge is, in his view, inefficient and harmful to consumers.
