Over 10,700 hotels expand class-action lawsuit against Booking.com in Amsterdam

The Stichting Hotel Claims Alliance (SHCA) foundation has expanded its collective lawsuit against Booking.com at the Amsterdam District Court. An additional 7,696 hotels have joined the case, bringing the total number of claimants to 10,783 properties. The hotels accuse the platform of unfair commercial practices causing them significant financial harm.
