Final Fantasy XIV Switch 2 patch incoming to fix prolonged loading bug

Square Enix has identified a prolonged loading bug in the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Final Fantasy XIV Online, which causes unusually long black screens when entering instanced duties. The developer confirmed a fix is already in testing. The issue is a common teething problem for major MMO launches on new platforms.
