Russia fires 30+ ballistic missiles at Kyiv, fire breaks out in residential tower

Russian forces launched a massive ballistic missile strike on Kyiv overnight Tuesday to Wednesday, firing more than 30 missiles at the Ukrainian capital. Air defence systems were activated across the city and dozens of explosions were reported. A fire broke out in a 20-storey residential building.
