Champions League qualifiers: Sparta Prague beat Lyon, Slovan Bratislava advance

In the first legs of the Champions League third qualifying round, Olympique Lyon lost 1-2 away to Sparta Prague. Slovan Bratislava also won away, beating Swedish champions Mjallby 2-1, putting both clubs in strong positions ahead of the return legs.
