FAA investigates plane door falling off after takeoff from North Las Vegas Airport

The FAA has launched an investigation after the back door of a small plane fell off shortly after takeoff from North Las Vegas Airport. The pilot alerted Air Traffic Control immediately after the door separated from the aircraft. The incident occurred earlier this summer.
