Teen developer made $1.3M on Steam but kept almost nothing — 99.9% of buyers refunded

An 18-year-old American developer sold his Steam game over 6,700 times, racking up more than $1.3 million in gross revenue. However, nearly all of it vanished because 99.9% of buyers refunded their purchases, leaving him with only a tiny fraction of the total.
