UEFA raises yellow card suspension threshold in European cup qualifiers

UEFA has changed the yellow card suspension rules in European cup qualifying rounds, raising the threshold at which players receive a ban across all three competitions. The rule change is in effect during the currently ongoing third qualifying rounds.
