Hungary's Paks nuclear plant nearly shut down — PM Magyar warns of cooling crisis

Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar warned that the Paks nuclear power plant came close to a complete shutdown during the recent night and called for consideration of alternative reactor cooling methods. The crisis is a consequence of the extreme heatwave gripping Central Europe.
