EU migration chief: Europe passed the test in Ceuta migrant crisis

The EU's migration commissioner declared on Tuesday that the bloc successfully met a "test" of border security after more than 70,000 migrants crossed from Morocco into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta within a single 24-hour period. Tensions among EU member states eased following what was described as a "constructive" extraordinary meeting. The commissioner also praised Europe's resilience against disinformation during the crisis.
