Romanowski's defence seeks case dismissal, citing Ziobro precedent
The defence lawyer for Marcin Romanowski, former deputy Justice Minister and PiS MP suspected in the Justice Fund case, has filed a motion with the National Prosecution Service seeking partial dismissal of the investigation and lifting of his pre-trial detention. Spokesman prosecutor Przemysław Nowak confirmed receipt of the motion. The defence is drawing on a precedent set by a decision in the case of Zbigniew Ziobro.
