Polish Finance Ministry plans to cap tax rulings at five years

Poland's Ministry of Finance plans to introduce a five-year expiry period for individual tax rulings. After that time, taxpayers will no longer be able to rely on favourable interpretations; rulings will also lapse earlier if the relevant legislation changes. The reform is intended to tighten the tax system and prevent long-term reliance on outdated legal interpretations.
