Half-price rail card extended to 18-year-olds in UK

The 16-17 Saver railcard, which offers half-price rail travel, is being extended so young people can buy it right up until the day before their 18th birthday. Previously the card was available only to those aged 16 and 17. The change is intended to make train travel more affordable for young passengers.
