Italy unveils new deportation plan after Ceuta migrant crisis

A mass migrant assault on the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, which left nearly 100 people dead, shocked EU countries and triggered a dispute with Madrid. After the crisis appeared to ease, Italy's right-wing government unveiled a new deportation plan.
