Iran prepared ballistic missile strike on Ukraine but called it off, ex-IRGC commander reveals

Iran prepared a plan to strike three targets in Ukraine with ballistic missiles but ultimately called off the operation, according to Mohsen Rezaei, former commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and current military adviser to Mojtaba Khamenei. Rezaei did not disclose why the operation was halted or when it had been planned.
