Poland lifts pharmacy ad ban but doubles fines to 100,000 PLN

Poland's Council of Ministers approved a bill on Tuesday lifting the complete ban on pharmacy advertising, which has been in place since. Advertising will be permitted but subject to restrictions, with fines for violations doubled from 50,000 to 100,000 PLN. The bill will now go to the Sejm for parliamentary approval.
