Grodzki testifies in court: payments of 10,000 zł to foundation were voluntary

Senator and former Senate Marshal Tomasz Grodzki testified on Tuesday at the District Court in Szczecin as a witness in a case involving alleged corruption at a Szczecin hospital. Prosecutors allege that patients paid 10,000 złoty to a foundation in exchange for bariatric surgery. Grodzki denied wrongdoing, stating the payments were voluntary.
