Thousands storm Ceuta — political motives suspected behind migrant surge

Thousands of migrants surged into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, flooding streets and forcing frightened residents to barricade themselves indoors. The scale and suddenness of the crossing has raised suspicions that political motives, not only desperation, may be driving the surge.
