PiS to challenge mandatory health education at Constitutional Tribunal ahead of September
PiS MP Przemysław Czarnek has announced the party will file a motion at the Constitutional Tribunal to strike down regulations introducing mandatory health education, including a sexual health knowledge module. PiS is also seeking an injunction to prevent the Ministry of Education's regulations from taking effect on 1 September. Czarnek accused the ministry of an "obsession" with sexual content in schools.
